As executive producer and co‑founder, Justin Puda steers our projects with nearly twenty years of experience and a designer’s eye. He translates complex concepts into elegant visual stories, keeps collaboration at the heart of the process, and makes sure every frame feels just right.
Ben Watts
Creative Director / Partner
Ben leads our production crew as Rocket Lab’s creative director. With years of experience in film, commercials and music videos, he sets the vision for each project and runs the team. Ben’s passion for pushing visual boundaries inspires our artists to experiment and deliver work that feels fresh and true to your brand.
WHO WE ARE
Rocket Lab grew out of a shared obsession with making ideas move. Co‑founders Justin and Ben each spent years in visual design, VFX and production before joining forces. Justin’s background as a producer and designer means he can find the heart of a story and shepherd it from concept to completion, while Ben’s love of Houdini and CG helps us dream up those “how did they do that?” moments.
Together they’ve built a nimble collective of animators, filmmakers, designers and technologists. We can scale up or down for any project, from high‑end VFX to live‑action shoots, and we love collaborating closely with clients. We listen, sketch, iterate and polish until the work feels just right.
